The delivery timing and the value for money was 5 stars. But the quality of the cake was worth less because it was not spongey, instead it was compact. However, Sponge is a good option overall!
Very easy to order and pay, only difficulty was deciding what cake to send. Was a lovely surprise for my nephew and went down very well

I haven't tasted the cake yet but given you select the date when you want it to arrive and even pay extra for before 12:30 delivery and it still does not arrive until the next day. The response is if it is a special occasion you should consider ordering for a day earlier. Perhaps state that when I am ordering not in your FAQ's that nobody is going read. Also who is ordering a cake not for a special occasion or even an occasion there is usually a specific date that people will want to serve the cake. Rendered this service completely useless just use a local provider instead.

I've ordered cakes for 3 people and I've been sent one myself. They have all been delicious! Really easy to order, all arrived on time and everyone said they were divine! Little sponges to 92 year old in care home to share - covid safe, all individually wrapped - went dow a storm!
My mistake.I thought I had ordered a slice of delicious cake and cocktail as an extra. But she was only sent the cocktail.
The whole experience and product was great... Lovely cake and very happy. Only issue was with the delivery through DHL... Delivered to wrong house luckily we located and also handled cake incorrectly.. Luckily was packed so well did not get damaged. Will use again
Parcel was dispatched Friday , several delayed messages from DHL so the cake arrived Monday . Not acceptable when it was dispatched early hours of Friday morning . When it arrived the box was badly battered . Disappointing
